01

Choose your partner

Agree the team before requesting a ladder place. Check availability, preferred side and the organiser’s published criteria together.

02

Read the game card

Review the level or rank range, court, time and match format. A ladder place may require organiser acceptance, so a request is not always a confirmed place.

03

Arrive ready to record

Know the scoring format before warm-up. After play, submit the result through the available game flow and resolve any disagreement while the match is still fresh.

04

Follow the standings

Rank movement depends on the ladder’s configured rules and a valid result. Treat the published standings—not chat screenshots—as the shared record.
